There's a story going around that Malia Obama got drunk and kicked out of a club for an altercation with a conservative journalist.

Except there's no evidence saying she actually got drunk, she never got kicked out, instead, she confronted someone who was taking pictures of her without her permission, her security team escorted her away from him, and club management told the journalist to delete the pictures he had taken of her or be banned from the location - so he voluntarily left rather than delete the pictures.

So the only one who got "kicked out" was the journalist.

And some of the media is still trying to spin it like he's the victim.

I don't think anyone is the victim here. He has every right to take pictures of her in a public place, she has every right to ask him to stop, and the representatives of the club have the right to ask him to leave. And then he left as asked? Incident dissolved.
