SIN is Jecht. The way it works is after the Final Aeon destroys SIN, Yu Yevon corrupts it and dominates it, and turns it into SIN over the time period of The Calm. By Waking the Fayth, you should be able to destroy SIN/Jecht as well as Tidus. Braska was the last summoner to destroy SIN, and used Jecht as his Aeon. This is also why Yu Yevon also corrupts your Aeons in the final event as well. He's trying to turn one of them into SIN. He didn't summon them. Yuna did.

current Sin is Jecht, but he is not the only one.
reminder that you have to kill the Aeons because they will be the next vessel of Sin.
and how do you propose to wake all of the fayth anyway? as one of the requirement is by defeating Sin
