That game is entirely about James wandering around this town, essentially guessing at his end destination, and having to go in super roundabout ways because the town is fucking with him. And that's considered a great video game story. How do you faithfully adapt that while still making it interesting? A lot of games also have the issue where you wouldn't necessarily have someone for the characters to talk to. How do you make a Metroid movie when Samus is generally all alone on a hostile planet? Or God of War when Kratos would just murder anyone he teams up with? --- |

This sexual abuse ends up impregnating her and she gives birth to a daughter that she genuinely loves. But then when Tasha tries to escape with her, it turns out that her daughter is so indoctrinated into Romulon society that she yells for help and gets her mother killed. --- |
