I don't know if you're being sarcastic or not, but as much as I've poked fun at that voice throughout the topic it's not actually a dealbreaker of any sort.

For an RPG that is dialogue heavy it kinda is. It was enough for me to stop watching Madoka at least.

It's only of my worst games imo. Fought too much with the engine and couldn't get real graphics in. The balance is pretty off too, but it's still fairly addictive I guess.

Yeah I do remember Last Surprise being disappointing to me the first play, but by the 10th play it totally clicked. I remember hearing Life Will Change somewhere before and it was okay, but it took until hearing it in context for it to click cuz it's soooo good. Tokyo Daylight and Beneath the Mask were instant classics for me though.

Persona does usually put a ton of badass songs towards the end which makes the endings feel totally epic. I wish they went back to what P3 did with the different spring/fall/january daily tracks. They really made you feel like you were progressing.

You know, i realized a problem with a female MC: there are a lack of cool guys to date. Sure, we all would want to date Akechi but since he is an auto-level s link that might not work. Then all who is left really is Ryuji and Yusuke. Outside of the party are people either too pathetic, too old or too creepy to date. That's all it does though. It's like DLC for Bayo 1. It adds very close to 0 new things, and one of the biggest new things, Umbran Climax, just dulls the gameplay. Story and bosses were way weaker too, no personality or audacity. You could really tell it wasn't a Kamiya directed game.

Red wine - generally really bad and bitter unless you know which are good
White rum - very chemical flavor, try dark rum instead
Tequila - absolutely disgusting, like liquid insect juice
Dry gin - it tastes like a christmas tree, which can be both nice and disgusting
Absolut - also very chemical but with the right technique can taste like nothing when doing shots
Coke & rum - easily the best beginner's drink, it's just sweet and vanillaish

In general you kinda only had shitty alcohol and missed out on the most important alcohol tastes, if we're talking research purposes. Bourbon whiskey is the #1 that you should try to really feel the burn... one that travels down your whole body down to your nerves, not just tingling in your throat. And then also some strong hoppy beer. Those are actually delicious and not just "durr let's get dr0nk".

That being said, alcohol is really terrible and other drugs have way better/healthier effects. Although when it comes to anxiety there's no competition with alcohol... and it also makes food super delicious.
