Larry Niven wrote about that in one of his short story collections a few decades ago. It was called 'Man of Steel Woman of Tissue Paper' iirc. His premise was that even if he didn't blow out a human woman's spine with the ejaculation the danger of carrying that baby (kicking etc) meant that the only being capable of not being killed by the process was his cousin.

Lot of time bodybuilding to get attention, going around shirtless in public to get attention, having friend film him going around getting attention, putting films of himself getting attention on the Internet to get even more attention to the attention he was getting.

That was my takeaway from these videos and posts.

It would depend on the city and it's immigrant makeup. Korean, Tagalog, Russian, Hindi, Urdu, Farsi, Arabic, Amhalic, etc it all depends on where you live.

And why not Spanish? It's the third most spoken language on the planet and the easiest (not that learning another language is easy) for a native English speaker to learn.

I spend a lot of time in Florida in the summer so I know full well that 88 and humid is awful but I've never been out in the desert. Is 110 tolerable out there just because it's dry? That seems so hot that dry wouldn't be much relief anyway.

The dryness doesn't make it better, when it's 110° it's kinda scary just how hard the sun is pounding down on you. That being said I'd rather be in 105° in the desert than 90° with 95% humidity and mosquitoes.

I couldn't even guess since I don't have access to SE's internal sales data that they use to plan out their titles.

That's not so bad, my summer living there it was 110-116 all summer and was windy so it was like living in a blast furnace. Next summer it was cooler like it is there right now apparently.

I'd say they are that that bad, but less so for the fake news than the non news.

I'm not worried about a crash or even the 20 billion. I'm worried about the fact that it's not hard to find homes that have had their property tax go up by 200% in a single fucking year. Chicago and Illinois are going to become excellent examples of what happens when leftists run government for many decades in a row.

A lot of this comes from the 2008 crash and recession that never actually ended for most of us as every job that dissappeared was income tax that the state was no longer collecting and every house that got foreclosed was property tax that the local municipality was no longer getting. There are lots of factors involved but those are some of the bigger ones.

And yeah Chicago will continue to rot as it will be made an example of for the many other distressed municipalities in this nation to show them that there is no help for them either. Check out what going on in Puerto Rico for a preview of whats to come for more of us in the coming years.

Also while the dems are a bunch of greedy lying corporatist neoliberal warmongering ****s it's not like the other side isn't plundering as hard as possible for themselves and their donors while pushing austerity on all of us too. True that now is not the time to buy a house as we are due for another crash soon enough. Will 2017 be 2006 all over again? 2018? Only time will tell...

Even with the cheap properties available in your state I wouldn't recommend buying a house right now, especially with your state being 20 billion in the hole and not having any oil or gas under its soil that I know of.
