Visible abs on a empty stomach can be 15%, bone dry dehyrdated af shredded can be 5-8%. Need a picture to really tell.

The only absolutes are if you have visible abs all day, even after high carbs and lots of sodium and retaining water like a camel you're 6-12%. Same situation but striations on shoulders is safe to assume 10%bf max.

If you look into a mirror and a manatee stares back it's safe to assume you're over 25%bf.

It really is mostly diet, not exercise. Not to say exercise doesn't help, but if you're expecting tremendous losses from a rigorous regimen, it won't happen without the diet.

But a fad diet won't help. You'll just be so hungry you'll likely end up eating more than you normally would.

Really, just don't eat out and cut all drinks except for water/unsweetened tea/black coffee. Every time you feel hungry, drink a full glass of water first. When you cook, make it simple: choose a protein (e.g. chicken), and make a lean carb and a vegetable. For example, I'll often make grilled chicken with white rice and a bag of frozen veggies. Creative with seasoning is how you make it taste good and different each time you make it without having to rely on cheap tricks restaurants do which is either sugar or fatten the hell out of it with rich sauces.

This is the best advice so far. Avoiding restaurants is generally a good idea even if it isn't otherwise "clean" food. A lot of it goes into how it's cooked. Used to work at a 4 star restaurant and while the food is good quality, all the cooks use a shitload of olive oil. Tastes good, and in their eyes they're doing a good job. It's one of those "too much of anything is bad" situations.

That said, you can still eat burgers and other things. Just grill it yourself with lean beef (93/7) and a sliver of butter for taste. The carbs in the bun are negligible, more about the total picture anyway.

And yeah, fad diets are shit. Especially ones that base things around low carbs and bird seed portions and have people claiming they lost 20lbs in a week. It's all water and glycogen, hell you can lose 10lbs of water weight overnight by binge drinking the night before. Same exact thing.

Sounds like intermittent fasting wouldn't be your cup of tea. It works well for some people, but if you're like me it's easier knowing I get 3-5 meals a day and if I'm hungry the next meal is only 1-2 hours away.

Caffeine will help curb appetite (whether it's coffee, blue monster or plain caffeine tabs).

Generally eat less sugar (spikes insulin therefor appetite increase and fast track to fat storage).

Learn to count macros too, doesn't have to be exact, you can guesstimate or eye ball food after doing it for a bit. Myfitnesspal is a godsend, esp the barcode scanner if you're eating something fast from the store or stop at a restaurant.

Expanding on the last part, keep protein constant (if you aren't lifting you really only need 60-100 ish grams and will hit that easy without much effort). Pick higher fats or higher carbs, but not both. Gonna save the scientific explanation, but boils down to what you like to eat. Basically red meat or chicken and fish with rice and potatoes. Many roads to Rome.

There are paid internships too but the unpaid ones are probably what people know of best. There were specific rules in place for how unpaid ones were supposed to be done but what they ended up being was companies hiring people at no cost and no guarantee of a permanent paid position at the end of the period. Also nothing really stopped them from leading an intern on with promises of paid work so a lot of people I knew, particularly those working with tech companies in Toronto, ended up pretty jaded.
