I never wanted this but fate saw fit for my dynasty to start from the bottom. The Melee Mayhem title has been fought over in all of the worst and most chaotic circumstances but now here I am holding it after continually winning these matches.

We axed Eruption already. I think we have too many people to not have two shows. The only benefit I would see to one show would be the absolute importance of said show for setting up PPVs. That basically would HAVE to include #1 contenders or sort of rotating ranking system for that to work.

Yeah starting a rookie seems to be essentially a coin toss. If they have a great season, they get that boost PLUS their natural rating boost. If they suck, see Jamarcus Russell, they'll just decline and probably never develop. I started Matt Ryan and Eric Berry as rookies last year and both had great seasons leading to 4 and 6 point boosts respectively, but it could have just as easily permanently stunted their growth if they had performed poorly. I would think though, that the higher rated a rookie is, the better chance he has to succeed.

Which is why Russell Wilson is so shocking atm.
