And I'll admit that I've never tanked myself, but when you look at the mechanics on most WoW bosses, it seems that the tank's sole responsibility 90% of the time is to taunt off the other tank when X debuff reaches Y stacks. And generally, bosses that relied somewhat heavily on tanking mechanics (such as Star Auger) were the most difficult bosses because the tanks kept fucking up. D-Lo_BrownTown posted... I've never played an MMORPG so I have no idea what the hell a DPS even is. Stands for Damage Per Second. Just a colloquial term in MMOs for classes/specializations that focus solely on dealing damage. --- |
