i have no clue why they didnt make the Star the daughter of Bill and Helen. Unless Helen just refused it seemed like a wasted opportunity.

I kept thinking Helen would show up as the mom or maybe just a crazy old lady kinda like the first movie.

They have a Dorothy at the start of the movie and the main character went to the university the team from the first one worked at IIRC, other than that there's very few references that I noticed but I saw it over a week ago.

Loved it though, very fun summer movie.

Rogue was my main for WoW from Vanilla-Wrath. Then I quit until Argus in Legion, and leveled a DK. Then quit until Dragonflight and leveled a Dracthyr.

Being able to sneak through dungeons and open chests was among the funnest things. Then Blizz threw a fit and removed chests.

I always wished they would make it so you could put stuff in chests for people to find later so I could troll them with silly notes or trash items

Rogues are badass. Stealth through stuff, stunning, massive critical hits so you can fuck shit up super quick, lots of ways to get out of sticky situations.

They have a reputation for being assholes though, particularly on PVP servers for obvious reasons. Easy to stealth up to some poor bastard and kill him in <10 seconds

My biggest problem in WoW is that I could never focus on one class. I'd have a bunch of fun playing as something and then be grouped up with someone that was another class and would be like "that looks really cool" and make one. Then do it again and again.

Finally went Druid cause I could be several classes in one.

Its actually pretty simple.

Past generations when reaching adulthood could get a solid job, buy a house, start a family, and build wealth. Theyre focused on adult shit like maintaining a home and career and checking their retirement accounts.

The new generation of adults got fucked and cant find a good job, cant buy a house, cant afford kids, etc. The dream of adulthood they were sold has turned out to be a lie, so they continue to enjoy the things that brought them joy as children. Because its all some of us have at this point. Bonus being we can at least actually afford the cool shit we wanted when we were kids since we cant spend that money on housing and childcare.

My parents are in their mid-60s and in the same boat. My dad gets retirement pay from the Air Force and mom gets social security and dad still works full time. Once they get their debts paid off hell quit working and collect his social security which with the other two sources of income will be enough for them to live somewhat comfortably but god it sucks that he still has to work for awhile.

They got royally fucked by Wells Fargo on a mortgage refinance in the mid-2000s and ended up filing bankruptcy and never really recovered from it.

My car: $13,715.31

Total: $350,296.82

Planning to have my car paid off by this time next year and convert that credit card to a personal loan once the 0% period ends and it'll be closer to $20k at that point, then work on paying that and the SUV off over the next ~3 years so all that'll be left is the mortgage and HELOC

Here is an example of why using a debit card is bad. Even if you think this doesn't apply to you. Let's say you make a purchase somewhere with your debit card and they have a security breach and someone gets that card number.

They can make a large purchase and its really treated like writing a check. The issue is most banks offer overdraft protection for free on checking as long as you have the money in savings.

So for the hell out with an extreme example lets say you have $40,000 in savings and someone goes out and buys a new car with your debit card and the overdraft protection kicks in they can practically drain that account.

Where as a credit card you can set that limit to whatever you want and no money ever leaves your account until you pay that credit card. Any charge that isn't yours you can dispute to your bank and they take care of it.

In the other scenario your cash is gone and it is a long ass process to get it back. In the meantime you could be in danger of defaulting on all of your other payments because they just drained your savings. It can become a nightmare.

From a protection standpoint you are absolutely risking a ton by using a debit card vs a credit card. There is no doubt about it.

Exactly. My wifes debit card got picked up by a gas station skimmer and someone bought a $700 TV with our money. Took two months to get that money back.

Two years later the same thing happened with our credit card. Someone made a bunch of purchases totaling like $3000. It was all cleared off as fraudulent charges within two days and we had new cards with new numbers overnighted to us.

Yeah, my average daily balance in my checking account is greatly inflated by waiting til the due date to pay my credit card in full so I earn more interest on top of all the rewards points the card gets me
