I just walked into a staircase without noticing that there was a black statue already above it.

God damn it.

It might be better not to use infinity but I think it's ok where you are. You def want to use the others.

I hate that you need to put them in twice. It's just for confirmation as far as I can tell. Honestly you should be able to just toggle them from the sides of the screen. But AutoHotkey does the job pretty well.

Well I'm playing on Steam Deck so not sure if AHK is an option for Linux (I've also never used it before).

But yeah, weird that they don't let you just toggle them from the sides since they are right there.

You're far enough that if you're sick of the puzzles, you should definitely make sure you get all the powerups to make the game much faster.

I have infinity, memory, wings, and sword if that's what you mean.

Though I am kinda wondering if I shouldn't be using infinity.

Also making you enter each of those twice seems kinda dumb/annoying, but maybe there's a reason for that?

I loved and hated Void Stranger. I rage quit a lot, but I always came back to it and felt it was worth the effort... though I did wind up spoiling way too much, as there's no way to look up an answer to certain things without getting more information than you want. Wouldn't recommend the game to anyone because it's so frustrating, but I did love it. Mostly.

Yeah, I have accidentally spoiled a bit too much for myself like you mentioned.

I like sokoban puzzles, but I don't love them. I've basically decided that if a puzzle has taken me 10 minutes and I'm not that invested in it, I just look up the answer.

I just started the Lillie section of the game. If I weren't so intrigued by the non-sokoban elements of the game I'd probably have dropped it by now.

I recently picked this up because I saw some comparisons to Outer Wilds.

And while I can see why people draw that comparison, goddamn is this gameplay tedious.

I'm so torn because I'm really enjoying basically everything that isn't the core gameplay.

Isn't Netrunner still kinda maintained by the fanbase? I guess it's harder to find players, but I did play it with a friend a year or so ago. Pretty cool asymmetrical gameplay.

Scorching hot take: Cardgames are better when the resource you fight over is literal board positioning over mana. The game Duelyst died because of mismanagement, but its idea of grid-based combat was a brilliant way of controlling ramp in a consistent resource environment by limiting the amount of ways an opponent could leverage it with smart positioning.

I really enjoyed how Faeria handled this. I think that game died off primarily because its games ran longer, but the positional/board development element is probably the best I've seen in a game.

I also initially chose not to delete because I wanted to go back and finish stuff.

However, after a few days of thinking it over, I decided that was foolish and went back and made the right choice.

and since Magic's combat system is inherently defender-favored (one of the best parts of it), a mechanic that shakes up combat math so much is a neat treat.

Wait but banding also favors defense since you only need one creature with banding for blocks to control how the damage from an attacking creature is assigned.

I am, primarily for Game Changer.

I also have yet to watch any Dimension 20, even though I feel like that's one of their most popular things.

The tea that Nio is referring to is (Yujacha). If you can't find it at the Korean market, it's available online. But it's fairly common.

I can't speak to its efficacy for dealing with a sore throat though.
