Yes. Back where I am from turkey season is tricky because folks use turkey calls. Idiot hunters will sound hunt and shoot a fellow using a turkey call.

Deer rifle season can be tricky too because the rifles shoot a long way. A missed shot can carry and who knows where it goes. Also some people use various Deer calls too.

I would be curious to know what this victim got hit with. I always used shotguns to hunt squirrels, a 16 gauge or 410 using birdshot. Really unlucky ricochet if hit this way to be lethal.

Some folks use .22 rifles or slugs though. Still unlucky but would not be lethal if hit in a lot a spots.

I've been squirrel hunting several times. There are several realistic ways this could happens. All of which would be violations of basic hunter safety.

The most basic situation I can think off is you've fanned out many yards apart. The squirrel appears on a stump or a low branch. You shoot without checking behind it well and hit your fellow hunter who was down range.

Basically lots variations of this are possible without even unlikely scenarios.

Idiots sound hunt. They point and shoot towards sounds and not objects. This is one of the most basic lessons of hunter safety. You need to know what you point a gun at and you only point one at something you intend to shoot.

My family owned a gas station a big chunk of my life. We closed at 10pm in the summer and 9pm in winter. We opened aroind 5am.

We were also the only gas station in town. It did not make financial sense to be open all night due to the cost of operations vs incoming traffic.

Of course every business in town was closed by 10pm too. That is rural living for you!

We ran a small restaurant and ice cream shop out of station. We stopped serving food an hour before closing so we could clean the equipment. The amount of times I saw people throw fits expecting huge ice cream orders close to closing and being told no was amazing. The owner - my father was typically for closing. People would try to argue with the staff and he would just come out and shutdown the trouble. The idea was so staff did not have to stay aftet hours to work.

I was like 15 when this game came out. I should have been the target audience.

I actually had trouble relating to him though. He was cool guy in an awesome world going on neat adventures. I couldn't figure out why he was so glum I couldn't stand him.

As I've aged and developed a more nuanced and more mature world-view, I appreciate him. I think the character is pretty interesting, and I appreciate the whys behind who he is and his behaviors.

I still really dislike the game though because of the draw system.

As a teen, I actually felt like I related to Seifer more. I wish he got a face-turn arc in the game (look at you too Ramsus from Xenogears!).

I still struggle to understand what I am supposed to do with these things. I might be too old. What do you folks use things like Copilot for? I'm not even sure what to do with it so it is hard for me to know why I need it. Barring really specific scenarios, I struggle to find relevant ways in my life to use it or similar tools.

I can write my own emails. I can write my own reports. I know how to run Excel and Access myself, at least well enough for my needs. I know how to run a search engine. I am literate, and know techniques to read quickly to find key points.

I typically have played as a Siren but I dont enjoy pet classes much. I like being the one doing things. I am using whatever the build that let's her shoot orbs but I dont find it very game changing so far. I am level 20 and playing on hard.

I like this game but it i played all the others with friends. I am trudging through alone.

I dont really like any of the classes much so far but I like it better than 3.

It happened to me around a half dozen times back when I was in grad school - 15 years ago.

I was under extreme physical and emotional stress then. My sleeping patterns collapsed. It scared me bad the first time it happened but it scared me less after I knew what was going on. It was always unpleasant though.

In my case it was triggered by stress and unstructured sleeping. So hopefully your experience will not be reoccurring.

Mine were not paired with nightmares or hallucinations. I just would wake up and be unable to move and it felt like I had to force myself to breathe.

Bubsy was never good. Nobody asked for this. It is a meme. I am in my forties and this game was relentlessly marketed to my demo. Nobody got it.

The only game that mattered was 3d and just to Ulililia.

I actually remeber my first steps. I remember the place, in my family's living room. Mom was on the couch and my father in the recliner. I was sitting in the middle of the floor and my mom is coaxing me over. I somehow stand and scamper over to my mother's waiting arms like six feet away.

My mom hugs me and dad is saying something and clapping. She let's me go and rush off towards the hallway towards the room we called the parlor.

I rememer that vague rush of the steps. Feeling like I was falling but somehow my feet catching me.

I was between 1 and 2 years old. I learned to walk on time.

I start having episodic memories for certain by age three since I vividly remember my birthday and how I felt waking up that morning plus the guests and cake later.

The Breaks

I love the game but I wish there was more to build towards. Since you dont level up or keep weapons, it made me drop it once I killed all the bosses a few times. The gems being random make it worse. I wish some were guaranteed low percentage drops from certain bosses, something to grind towards.
