also the villain in batgirl reminds me of the first villain from Secret Six. the weird one who lived in a box.

it's a simone thing, I think. they're not THAT similar but because of simone's writing they feel the same. it'd kinda stale almost, but at the same time it's not really but it kinda is.

I did read it, but it didn't sink in that it was the worst comic ever

I was just thinking about it today

*spoilers*

they have this scene where all the villains dress in trench coats and hide behind trees in broad daylight. are you f***ing joking what the f*** is that. then they use that one no-name guy to scope out the mansion, then as soon as they get everyone's "locations" they just send in atlas who crashes through the front door and flails around wildly. what was the point of surveying the mansion and dressing in trench coats if your plan boils down to "let big guy smash house"

and the "backstory" at the beginning was f***ing s***, it's enough that wonder man is acting out of character, but apparently he's bat-s*** insane, cuz he blames the avengers on EVERYTHING, including Scarlet Witch. "WHY DIDNT THEY GET HER HELP" he says. well you were the one tapping dat ass (I think he was before vision came along) so why didn't you f***ing see something you dumb s***

and then they had this whole thing with anti-venom and spider-man fighting and spider-man is like I DUNNO WHO U R LOL and I know it's supposed to be a taunt but goddammit something is so off there it's like is that all bendis could think of

and then THE REVENGERS WIN!! THEY BEAT THE NEW AVENGERS NFKDA:FHZK:NVZ AND THEY'RE COMING BACK IN THE AVENGERS ANNUAL KIHSFJLVZBFVBLZ

AND HE EVEN EXPLAINED "SQUIRREL GIRL ISNT HERE THAT IS WHY THEY ARE LOSING" STOP IT STOP IT STOP IT APPARENTLY KEEPING SQUIRREL GIRL'S WIN RECORD SPOTLESS IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN DISGRACING EVERY F***ING AVENGERS STORY EVER FOR BENDIS CMDA:BVS:KDMFLBZVJLZSBVFZBJ

they should have spun-off a Justice League International cartoon from the BatB universe and then started their new dark Batman series

Wait the same Batgirl promo we saw before? That was fake?

yeah I don't think it was real. I read that the replacement show is gonna be "Batman" and not "Batgirl," unless they didn't wanna give it away. It really tied into the episode as more of a joke, so if it's ambiguous if it's serious or not.

I'm gonna miss BatB, though. At least they covered pretty much the entire DC Universe in 65 episodes. I hope the new Batman show has at least Justice League International, cuz they were like the best part of BatB

yeah I think Jamie could be a breakout character. They really need to put more into him, he's a minority character who is hip with the kids and has cool powers and a cool outfit and a universe much bigger than he is

*spoilers*

Bat-Mite gets bored with how campy the show is, and decides he wants to mess with it so it gets canned and replaced with another serious Batman. So he starts adding stupid toy accessories like Ice-Climbing Batman, changing Gotham to Malibu and giving Ace the Bathound a Scrappy Doo sidekick, and people stop watching and the universe starts slowly disappearing.

Ambush Bug teleports into the show and tries to convince Batman to stop being such a tool-bag, but he doesn't listen until Bat-Mite makes Batman use guns. Then they fix everything, but it's too late, and the executives can the show.

All the supporting cast, heroes and villains, show up at the Batcave and there's a farewell party. Batman gives and inspirational speech and fades away. It really hits hard because EVERYONE was there, and if you've watched the whole thing you know they all have these really great personalities and all this development, and they're just gone.

And then Ambush Bug teleports to Bat-Mite's place and reminds him that he is also a part of the Batman BatB universe, and Bat-Mite fades away, too, after realizing how much he'd miss the show.

It was really well done. They even threw in a fake promo for a CGI Batgirl cartoon that'd be replacing it.
