I didn't start Bakuman from the very beginning but I did follow it fairly early on. Like I think I first caught up somewhere when they in the middle of Trap.
All I know is that I've been following it for like the past 3 years.
Doesn't change the fact that this is the first WSJ series that I've followed until it ended that wasn't cancelled early on.

I guess I could count Code Geass and Death Note as two anime series that I rewatched, since I saw both subbed and then again dubbed when they were on adult swim.
Oh then that would be kinda strange to have it end in 2014 when there's clearly no need to take breaks to let to manga run, but I guess they just don't want to have it go over 25 episodes, unless they really rush it through.
From: ctesjbuvf | #061 Does anyone know whether or not Bakuman S3 will finish things up?
And I guess we know what the next topic title will be dedicated to, when we get to that.
From: swordz9 | #062 I think Bakuman will need 4 seasons total.
Well they could always just keep running the 3rd season until it actually reaches the end. It could be that they only reason why they broke up the 1st and 2nd season was because the animation studio wasn't sure when exactly it would end.
I kinda expected it to end, but man will it be severely missed.

From: GranzonEx | #165 8/10 is the raw score 7/10 is the score adjusted for today's standards
Why does that matter? How much you like a show or think highly of it shouldn't matter at all based on how old it is. Age should never play a factor on any kind of rating, if it still stands well on its own then that just goes to show what a good classic it is.
And speaking of age, I just saw AGE 27, man talk about a rather pointless unnecessary death followed by a hilarious strategic death.

Finished Mirai Nikki. Whoo, 200th anime TV series completed!
And the anime ending didn't include the WTF-inducing part that manga had at the very end.
But aside from that part the ending itself, from what was shown in the anime, wasn't as bad as I thought.
From: _Zea_ | #213 The anime didn't even include the most ridiculous part of the ending. I'm not sure what they're going to do about it. Hopefully they'll come out with an OVA with two minutes for the rest of the ending.
They also showed something about a "Next Project" at the end, but I think it would be kind of weird to have a continuation when the author has already moved on to a new series.
