Thanks, man, I'll note that. I certainly do not want to come off as cold or distant, as I enjoyed the game immensely. Perhaps one reason is that I'm always doing my best to avoid spoilers. There's also just a lot to be said about Peace Walker and its mechanics, so I guess a greater part of the review was just talking about how they work than in my previous two reviews.

I don't consider it bad, but it's not great, either. The extreme love for it has always baffled me, it seems most gamers don't require much to be happy and more complex stuff than the bare minimum probably confuses them.

FFVII is an incredible game, easily one of gaming's finest achievements. OoT, on the other hand, is an incredibly polished game that COMPLETELY lacks a soul. Majora's Mask beats it easily, thanks to having one.

And of course there's some nice games for the older systems as well(Game Gear comes to mind, though the battery life on that leaves much to be desired). Um, there's an ability that makes you immune to damage floors, so that's really no big deal. I thought the final dungeon had a nice map, probably the best dungeon in the game. And you couldn't save inside in the PS1 version? I would've had to grind outside, I guess...
