While true, I accept the repercussions of my voluntary departure from the Discord and won't pin it on anyone. It wasn't a good situation and I could've handled it better.
I'm friends on Facebook with a few (Swift, Stifled, Ulti, ExTha, Aria, YoBlazer, etc) and that's perfectly fine in the event this board goes under.
This, basically. I left B8's Discord last summer and burned bridges with a few people in the process, including the creator of it.
Wouldn't be surprised if these forums are KO'd within the next 3 years at the rate Fandom is going.
Isnt it funny how right wing toxicity and echochambers are allowed while if theres a left wing forum its deemed toxic and has to be shutdown for being left wing. The politics board wasnt toxic and people who say it is are just mad cause theyre views are challenged and defeated in argument on there. The truest censorship that happened was shutting down the politics board, not the modding of trolls and right wing lunatics.
