There's 3 other superbosses that are weaker than him (in the base game, I haven't played any new versions), and they should really be challenged after you get to the end of the last world with Sephiroth being the last thing you fight before going on to beat the game

I tried it. Long story short. Don't get it for the base PS4. I am a patient person but way too long loading in and out of battles. I thought that was going to just be a Switch problem.
Otherwise I was into the story + characters enough for the hour and a half of gameplay I did play. Maybe I'll try again tmw or try it on Steam someday.
