Time stop is the most broken if it can be used in any context (not just dialogue). It's almost a form of immortality.
Though antidote, if it can cure cancer and other illnesses of that nature, might be the most practical.

In the absence of that, I'm gonna go with jogging tirelessly. The jumping one could be helpful when it's time to clean the gutters, but tireless jogging is virtually never not helpful.
