There needs to be a poll on if the Rock the Dragon intro played during the Toonami run, because I swear I see people say it all the time but it NEVER played when I watched it. Whenever what show was on before DBZ would end, it'd go to commercials then DBZ would just instantly start with "Previously on DBZ..." with the recap, but never an intro. But now that I'm typing this out, I'm realizing it could have entirely been a local thing where my cable chose to add more commercials than letting the intro play. Although I feel like the episode recap started exactly on the half hour or whenever DBZ was supposed to play.

I remember the Toonami lineup with Ronin Warriors at 4, Sailor Moon at 4:30, Gundam Wing at 5, and then an all-new episode of Dragonball Z at 5:30 only at Toonami.

I remember going with my brother to the import game store and getting a mini gold finger and all 3 of the (at the time) Japanese only PS1 releases. They were so far ahead of what had been released in US we didn't know who half the cast was lol. One of em had Gogeta and we were like "ah, yes, angry Goku" lol

I remember going with my brother to like Suncoast or FYE and buying the uncensored VHS' so we could see Frieza get chopped to bits and hear them say "damn" a few extra times.

I remember how it got me and a whole generation of dudes into art/drawing basically. I would spend hours drawing these meticulous fight scenes. I even ended up in art school eventually, and it's all thanks to DB getting that started.

Akira Toriyama had an immense impact on not only my childhood, but Americans getting introduced to Japanese culture / anime / manga as a whole. It's so wild. RIP.

There are dozens of logical inconsistencies with zombies. They make absolutely no sense. For example, it's obvious that their bodies don't heal--rotting flesh, faces half fallen off, etc.

So, without healing, your muscles and tendons would break down very quickly. They're constantly renewing. Within a few days of movement, zombies would become completely incapable of moving their bodies due to deterioration.

You just have to assume that zombies are driven by magic-science and have absolutely no logic behind their capabilities.
