What if you accidentally put your weenie?
Look man, I feel your frustration for watching a familiar place youve loved and enjoyed for so long change course and become a little less familiar. But this change is in an attempt to appeal to new (more modern) users change to something that has gone unchanged for so long can be scary.
But part of loving and respecting a platform that has provided you with constant years of joy is wanting it to succeed and thrive, and wanting younger generations to also experience the benefits of such an awesome website like GaneFaqs.
In short, I think we should want to see the site live on, even tho we may have finally outgrown it. But removing content isnt going to help that. If Fandom can attract new users to keep the site afloat, those are going to be users that arent going to have the benefits of enjoying your guides.
Ultimately, its just one less thing to keep them here, and ultimately less content hurts the platform and makes it harder for fandom to dig GameFaqs out of the grave that we all ultimately are responsible for digging by refusing to evolve with the times and push for modernization.
I guess you need to ask yourself a question:
Would I rather GameFaqs suceed or fail after Im gone?

That's kind of the point. They have 2-3 female only groups, but rather than have that and do something with them - they specifically went after Custodes because in-lore they can't be women. So what appears to be GW trying to appease Amazon / get ESG money they're making women Custodes for the amazon show, even though it's been specifically men only since it's existed. Then trying to double back and saying they've always existed, etc, when they never did.
Lore reason, if you want to read it -
"For one thing, the Emperor purposely chooses men & see's them as the base for perfect super soldier specimens of war. They are not randomly chosen & are sons from Terran Nobility. The nobles essentially present their sons to the Emperor in a ceremony. The Emperor looks for the best genetically superior male babies, and then narrows it down further to the best of the best genetic males of the top 0.001%, etc. of those. Afterwards they are heavily modified at the cellular level to be "perfect" super soldiers via space alchemy by the Emperor. They are physically huge, and undergo huge amounts of muscle growth (many of them die in the process as their bodies couldn't handle the strain of the modification). They're even called The Emperor's true sons, and referred to as sons and use male pronouns."
