Sure as fuck is for Gamefaqs. Other than Slug Virus or the mypillow guy I can't think of too many who would be worse.

The best thing they have done is ban horny posting from CE.

That's their high point.

What does that tell you about the company as a whole?

Yes. They're stupidly profit-driven to the point of ruining everything. The biggest thing is that they pretend they're some big community-based company, but continually trample over all but the largest communities. It's only when they massively fuck up like with their AI generated Q&A nonsense that they pull stuff back, but even then it's only temporary in their minds. Their answer to wikis leaving the site was not to figure out why and make the experience better. Their answer was to make it more of a pain in the ass and reduce visibility of the new wiki.
Fandom is a soul less corporation but they all are

PS4 looks great
They are a colonizing plague. They buy established communities, frequently ones built on community contributions. Then they warp those communities for maximum profitability, even if it harms the people who made it what it was.

I think they're parasitic. All they actually contribute is a hosting service and apocalyptic amount of ads. The community does all of the work and Fandom doesn't give a fuck about them.

Oof. That's it, then. Any clown of that kind in charge of a company will run it right into the ground. See Sears and Radio Shack for two examples.

At the very least they make themselves out to be incompetent and anti-user friendly.

I don't use their wikis or anything related to them. Only reason I'm still here is because I've been here for so long, and I love discussion forums versus other social media or Reddit.

Even DToast absolutely hates their army of ads.
They're still ahead of Red Ventures. The amount of BS suspensions increased under them and died down after Fandom took over.
Hello
They're like the new manager at work who comes in balls out changing shit up for the worse, making everyone despise and talk shit about him.
This is where cool people write stuff.
They've been really bad for a really long time. Others have elaborated why but I highly recommend that "Stop using Fandom" video linked in #24 if you've never watched it before.
