Yeah.Hell yeah it is absolutely wonderful I say it's the best game I've played in a long time. I feel like for what it is the visuals are revolutionary an open world free roam game with closed world detail and graphics.
honestly 9 might be lowI agree. 2077 is at least 9.5 now. But I was lowballing it.
honestly 9 might be low
Did it pull a No Man's Sky?
It's only marginally better than starfield imo
Maybe not even better at all
It's only marginally better than starfield imoOh fuck off lol
Maybe not even better at all
The game itself was never bad, it was the old generation console releases that weren't even playable that hit the games reputation pretty hard.
Also people had expectations incredibly high due to the amount they spent on marketing the game, AND because Witcher 3 was so good.
I myself had my expectations too high because I loved Witcher 3 so much. I thought CDPR could do no wrong.
Oh fuck off lolJust as drawn out and boring to me
Are the old Gen versions still awful?
Are the old Gen versions still awful?I honestly can't think of a game like this that released crossgen that hasn't straight up abandoned the older one.
Cyberpunk apologists are fucking cancer tbhSo we're just supposed to hate them forever? Even after they fix the game? Nah
It's even featured in the best selling games of all time list:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_best-selling_video_games
People keep encouraging devs releasing incomplete bug ridden games at launch and even if they patch them up later, they know they can get away with such practices
So we're just supposed to hate them forever? Even after they fix the game? NahThis. Chill on the hatred. It does your stress levels no good.
So we're just supposed to hate them forever? Even after they fix the game? NahHate? I don't know about hate, but how about not rewarding the practice in the first place; they know they can fuble things again and fix them later, and the game will still be a commercial success no matter what.
Hate? I don't know about hate, but how about not rewarding the practice in the first place;Who is rewarding who? Did I present a gift in honor of CDPR? I simply asked opinions on their opinions of current 2077.
Hate? I don't know about hate, but how about not rewarding the practice in the first place; they know they can fuble things again and fix them later, and the game will still be a commercial success no matter what.I don't think it's all that widely accepted as a practice. Most games that release in a shit state get rightfully panned. Hell, Cyberpunk 2077 got refunded en masse at launch and they lost over $50 million.
Regarding your second statement, honestly they deserved to go under, or at least the directive be kicked out if you're worried about jobs. The next game will absolutely coast on hype given that The Witcher is still a popular franchise sadly
Why do people forget that almost every title CDPR puts out gets put out with bugs and straight being bad all the time.I didn't forget, I just never knew lol. I started with The Witcher 3 years after launch and it was a blast. I've still never even played the first 2 games.
For all you people saying its amazing, are there any RPG elements or story changing elements like they boasted?More than most games have, but its not like Fallout: New Vegas levels of that. A lot of dialogue choices make no difference, but some of them do, whether its a certain character treating you kindly and giving you Iconic gear or ignore you in a later quest, unlocking a secret ending, or taking different story branches toward the end of the narrative.
Or is that all canned now?
