I've begun to dip my toes into CE. I used to enjoy simply reading the Politics board but gamefaqs owners insist on making poor decisions.

Honestly, from what I've seen of Tony Hawk's public/social media activities, it'd be pretty on-brand for him to just hang out on a random GameFAQs social board and not tell anyone. He seems to be pretty chill and low-profile.

She had acces to CE, got tired of Fandom ruining this place, closed her account, re-opened it again, got no CE access because her account was closed.

Sorry mate totally wrong.

I don't think Crimsoness has ever been moderated or if she has they were NKLs.

No the reason she no longer has access to CE is a few days back she closed her account saying after 20 or whatever it was years she was bored of the place and was getting out.

But a few days later she re-opened her account (which I didn't think was possible as it says in the help page once an account is closed it can't be opened under any circumstances) so it seems that closing and re-opening an account after the 15th of April now bans you from CE as there are a few accounts that were banned, closed and then reinstated before the 15th that are able to access CE.

I doubt it. None of the higher-ups particularly broken up by the idea of CE's community being gradually whittled away. I can't see Toast caring enough to reinstate anyone.

A ban is because of severe violations to the TOS. Someone closing their account and then changing their mind is allowed in the TOS. So that comparison is severely flawed.

Never suggested a petition, but a simple PM from the affected user to the admin makes sense. They may or may not do it, but it is worth a try.

i thought you could always re-open your account, you just had to submit a feedback form somewhere. maybe she already did so yet again but got denied since its been a few times now
