I haven't played much of Undertale yet, but lordy, what I have played was atrocious. Cuphead easily.

I voted Cuphead because I like the art style. Not a fan of either game though really.
cuphead for art style, undertake for characters/story.

There were like, 2 memorable characters (Asgore and Sans) the story, well if you mean more to the story than undertale wins, but cuphead's is short,simple, and sweet and that is what I appreciated the most. Don't forget those leitmotifs too
