Cuphead or Undertale?

cuphead for art style, undertake for characters/story .

There were like, 2 memorable characters (Asgore and Sans) the story, well if you mean more to the story than undertale wins, but cuphead's is short,simple, and sweet and that is what I appreciated the most. Don't forget those leitmotifs too
