Should you have been married a long time ago?

Sorry about that.
I am married, but yes, because we'd been living together for 7 years before it happened.

Could have? Yeah.

Should have? Fuck no.
Living like this is a full-time business.
Definitely not.

But the more important question is, where did you come from, and where did you go?

Nope. This is the perfect time for me to get married.
Hell yes.
By society's standards? Yeah, probably. Yet, I've made it this far and still have stuck to my decision that I don't want to get married/have kids. It's going pretty well.

By society standards I should be married, have a good enough job and have kids at my age(30).
The reality of things is though I'm a unemployed virgin with general anxiety issues who despite wanting his own family one day probably never will and probably never will be in a relationship nevermind marriage but cares so very little about most people and life in general that at this point that he simply has just accepted his fate and tries to live his life the best he can.

Where did you come from, where did you go? I've been married a long time ago. Where did you come from, where did you go? Where did you come from Cotton Eye Joe?

I expected this. ^

I'm 33 years old now. Getting married in my mid 20's woulda felt too early in my opinion. Your average college graduate might still be establishing themselves in their career around that age. Establishing one's career and working toward being financially secure are more important in my opinion. That's not to say marriage would interfere with this but rather it'll be another level of concern to deal with.

Dude wtf. Get a job somewhere ridiculous where you have to eat/sleep/live in a confined location. Think the Arctic or cruiseships. Force yourself to exist in another life away from all your electronics and shit.

Two years of that and you'll be back better than ever.
