Though, from what I've read about this bill, it basically just recreates ICE through different agencies, which is no good.
My understanding is that ICE itself was put together from other pre-existing agencies that carried out most of it's current functions. If you don't want ICE, and also don't want it to revert back to the pre-2003 arrangement, what are you proposing?
