TBH season 1 of BB and BCS were my favorites <_<
I feel like both shows lost a little something in stakes once the crime drama got amped up. Saul and Walt really felt like they had to lose or gain in Season 1
Then as the show went on they were physically in danger but other than that the drama just seemed less personal
Season 3 finale was insane, then the whole final season with the commercial and everything Jimmy did to psyche Howard and whatever the fuck was still insane petty shit, those were huuuuuuuge stakes that was pretty much the heart of the show tbh. But sure there was also actual physical threat of violence too.
