Yep, and there was even a time in history where men were lauded, not shamed, for being virgins, especially in the early days of Christianity. There wasn't an abundance of incel types back then. Guys didn't even have time to sit around, stewing in their own "poor pitiful me" juices, because there was always work to be done. Monks and nuns, both Buddhist and Christian, have also been able to handle being virgins without "psychological deterioration." And even if you're just a regular dude who has trouble in love for whatever reason, you can always use your hand or workout or find some way to release all of that energy that doesn't involve blaming all of your problems on women. When I do long distance hikes, I rarely get sexually frustrated at all because I'm always putting that energy elsewhere.
It's funny, gay guys have historically had a far more difficult time finding partners for obvious reasons... it's easier now with gay bars and the internet, but even back in the old days, they didn't use sexual frustration as an excuse for killing sprees like incels do. 99% of the problem with incel mentality is their

Elliot Rodger was gorgeous and could have easily been a male model... the problem women had with him was on the inside. He was a white supremacist, among other toxic traits, so at the end of the day, it was 100% his fault that women didn't want to be with him.
