If your eating green vegetables like broccoli T levels will higher. Vegans eat more vegetables. I don't why someone who eats meats cant have the same benefits if they increase the number of green vegetables on their plate.

A vegan who eats bread and fried potatoes nuked in corn oil won't be healthier than a vegan who eats sweet potatoes avocados and broccoli because vegans are not all made the same. Veganism is not the end of all means and neither is daily keto. Every diet has foods that are faulty. Some vegans have questionable biomarkers but ill take my chances being a part-time vegan and ill take keto over high carbs anyday when I don't have access to veggies.
