It's clearly lost on you, but it's about what happens if kid Goku arrives on DCU earth and Baby Clark Kent arrives in DB Earth.
Oh. Well then Goku doesn't hit his head and gets his shit wrecked the first time he tries to screw with anyone. Wouldn't even take a very powerful DC hero either.
