The problem with the sex option, though, is that it guarantees you sex with the most attractive person you can think of, but it doesn't really guarantee the sex is going to be good. Or that the person is going to be all that into it. Or up for whatever kinks you might be into. Or that you're not going to have weird issues halfway through and wind up embarrassed and apologetic that this sort of thing has never happened before, etc etc. Or that you won't have issues with STDs or potential unwanted pregnancy.
So you're basically choosing between the best meal you've ever eaten or will ever eat, versus sex (which could be good or bad) with someone really, really hot. It doesn't seem like an even trade.
Though I suppose the sex might be worth it just for the story, if your perfect partner winds up being someone famous. Or if you can pick anyone from any point in history, turning it into a stealth time-travel option (and bonus points to anyone who uses it to go back in time and bone Jesus' mom while pretending to be God).
It doesn't say the food isn't poisoned either. It's easy to pick apart unrealistic hypothetical situations like this.
