Good luck finding a new hobby! I'm trying to cut back on vices and time-sucks and develop myself as well.
Think of anything you liked as a kid that was infeasible to pick as a career (third grade dinosaurs unit? PBS special on cuttlefish? favorite high school field trip to a cannery?) and get a little bit into that.
Music can be something funky to pick up --- it's especially useful for social situations that need a talent.
Anything you're anxious about adulting over? Learn more political leaders' names, to a bit of extra reading on how mortgages (etc.) work, sign up for a plumbing 101 class at a community college, learn how to sew more than a button.
