Hasn't been much of any real note since a lot of it has been delayed.
So far of the new series to get animated, these are the ones that interested me the most.
Ishuzoku Reviewers. The streaming services that picked it up in the states dropped it for being porn.
Houkago Teibou Nisshi. Haven't actually watched it yet but it looks good.
Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha. It's a reboot of the school battle harem genre that died in the name of Isekai but, the protagonist isn't a beltway pansy.
Koisuru Asteroid. A cute girls do cute things series about two girls in an Astronomy/Geology club trying to find an unnamed comet.

Sequels of interest:
Oregairu Finale. It's a lot better than the previous seasons since it's not rushing to cover a volume of content every 2 episodes. Which granted makes it feel slow.
Kaguya Season 2. Follows the manga pretty well, takes some creative liberties with presentation, sort of like Bakemonogatari series.
Re:Zero 2. This one isn't finishing till next year due to Covid. The author had clearly been watching the best Monty Python film when he wrote the arc.
Bang Dream 3. Follows the new band, which is a backup band because a fair number of the VAs couldn't actually play their instruments.
