The second English dub was done by Animax Asia for airing in the SEA region, and was uncut and uncensored with no name or localization changes. This second dub was later licensed for an official US release by NIS America (the only Animax dub to ever get a western release) and this dub is the one that Netflix has now. The original dub is dead, buried, and will never be seen again, as it should be. If the original CCS were ever going to get a modern re-dub by an American studio, it would almost certainly be done by Funimation (who licensed and dubbed the CCS: Clear Card sequel series) and not by Netflix. Sakura was still Sakura in both dubs (though the original dub changed her family/last name to be less Japanese-y) and Tomoyo was indeed changed to Madison in the original dub. Also, Sakura was the one that skated around (not Tomoyo) but Tomoyo was the one who always had a camera and filmed Sakura. So you did kind of sort of combine them in your old memories by accident. Madoka (original) is still my favorite. Lyrical Nanoha gets even crazier in StrikerS and the Reflection/Detonation movies. Definitely try to find the time to watch those if you enjoyed A's. Regalia was a mix of some things (the fun interactions between the main characters and the awesome mecha battles) being done very well and some things (the mess of a story and a really weak and dull main villain) being done very poorly. It was a mixed bag, and while there was more good than bad, the bad was still too noticeable to give this show anything more than a 7/10. My final thought to sum it all up: Most of this show did or tried to do, Granbelm did better. If you like mecha anime and/or action shows with cute girls in the cast, go watch Granbelm.
