You forgot to list the cpu. But otherwise that looks like a great build. Just make sure you know how many fans your case comes with. You might need to buy extra case fans, depending on the case. Like my Phanteks P500a only comes with 3 fans in the front, so I had to buy 1 more for the back.
I knew I was forgetting something lol, edited the post. Thanks for the advice, wouldn't have thought to check that.

First build? Yea, I probably wouldn't dabble in liquid cooling if I were you. Noctua makes some really efficient fans that are both very cooling AND quiet.
