Shouldn't take you too long if you just stick to story stuff, but Inazuma is a right and proper region. The islands might seem small, but they've got quite a lot of z-axis going on. That, plus the standard array of spanersions, will eat up considerable time.

Team level shouldn't matter too much since your world level can be adjusted some if it is too hard. Inazuma does have some pretty gnarly enemies and environmental hazard though.
