IIRC the Mythbusters found that they would have both fit and it would have supported their weight, leading to James Cameron going "fine, you got me, I should have made it smaller!"
Didn't it only prove that it remained buoyant if one of them swam underneath and tied the lifejackets under it? Which is really not very logical or rational or something you would expect someone in that situation to do.

Also, it is not Rose. It is Cal and Rose's mother. Pretty much everything they discuss is looking towards the future, so what she went back to Jack at the end? That could have been a dream (I don't believe so but it's open ended), she could have multiple heavens, she's literally just been talking about him for hours if not days.

Also, the going to the funfair, riding horses, dying in bed are always brought up but nobody ever seems to bring up the drawing of the old wealthy woman who refused to move on. That was the symbol of Rose needing to move on and live a normal life afterwards, not wait around for a Jack that wasn't going to come back.
