Anyone talking about weight loss and whatnot, it is totally possible! Weighed in at 283 this week which is the least in my adult life! (415 was my known highest)
Male small changes that are sustainable. Lifestyle changes, not diets. Don't deny yourself things that make you happy either. Work them into a healthy weekly lifestyle!
