Not sure I get the joke, wouldn't they be more likely to use a loofah due the stereotype of being softer? Anyway growing up I used the ones in second post since my dad used them and had a ton, but now I just apply the soap directly on my skin which is better.

Extra devices like rags and loofahs are not necessary and are overall detrimental, it's best to apply the soap directly. Also I use bodywash now, it's so much quicker than bar soap. I used to take 30 mins and it cut my bathing time by half
