I'd been out of the gym for about two weeks. My dad passed and things have just been a mess. I fell behind on my training block so I kinda had to repeat some things. I didn't lose too much progress though.Are we doing pounds or kilos because these are in kilos
I still managed to hit the same numbers I did the first week of this block -
147.5 x 4 - squats
112.5 x 4 - bench
187.5 x 4 - deadlift
