If you're referring to Miko Ino, then I just got introduced to her in the latest episode I watched and hell no, she's definitely not best girl. Maybe she gets better later on and she'll prove me wrong, but just based on first impressions, I can't stand her.
Really? I figured you'd find her hilarious because of her interactions with the rest of the cast.
