And also he's immune to being obliterated with a chainsaw even after you've beaten him. And if you take the Duster from him, he's inexplicably still wearing it.
Oh and it gave me the 21 Courier Duster. That's weird. Thought being idolised was enough to pass as a faction member.
The 21 Courier Duster is the Yes Man one. You get it if Strip, NCR and Legion rep are all equal or negative.
