Been doing a 4PM-Midnight eating window since like August. The Autophagy alone was worth it. I'm not super-strict about it, but overall lost 30lbs, stopped getting chronic heartburn and gout, and its not that hard when half my fast is during sleep. The morning black coffee or tea gets me up and out the door and work keeps me going. TBH, I still eat a significant amount of trash in my eat window, but I do try and make better choices but I still drink more beer than I should. Cut sodas except as a rare treat like two years ago. I drink a lot more water.
Overall, its an easy, positive change in my lifestyle.
