Got done with appointment. Didn't realize how severe my sleep apnea was. before it was 38 events per hour plus I gained 8 pounds I might need to add in more exercise per day because I don't want to fuck up to say the least Also to note: events with cpap machine is less than 5 events per hour each night. Average is less than 2 --- currently playing: Vampire Survivors (ps4) RIP Sophie the dog: February 2011-april 2024. we'll miss you alot. ... Copied to Clipboard!

TC, what type of CPAP mask do you have? I started CPAP therapy a few months ago and I have a nasal mask and I have a very difficult time falling asleep with it on. And when I actually manage to, I almost immediately wake up coughing. I think it's because my mouth tends to open when I'm sleep. One of the times I woke up, I had a burning sensation in my mouth. Which I'm certain was acid reflux. --- It's amazing how people hang around message boards of games they don't like ... Copied to Clipboard!

A chinstrap does wonders for the dry mouth. I prefer the super wide ones to the skinny ones. 38 is quite a few events. Mine was 20/hr when I tested almost 3 years ago now. I started with the nasal but just got a pillow mask and heated tube delivered yesterday. The heated tube does seem to help with the extra moisture in the mask, but I also only have one night down so we'll see how it is long term. I'm also more tired than I've been in years so that's fun. ... Copied to Clipboard!
