Read it!! There are 18 levels to the dungeon. Book 8 is for levels 10 and 11. The fact no one has ever made it that far gives him a lot of flexibility, and the game like nature also opens up something like 16 just being one final shop, 17 being a boss rush in the cabaret (or just a joke as they blow through the cabaret), and 18 just being a discussion/last boss fight. I am not fully caught up yet with the series, but that is the impression I have at this point.
