They really seem intent on avoiding it lolI'm assuming this is asking about games developed in-house, because there are a lot of them otherwise. Not counting Intelligent Systems (Fire Emblem) and Monolith Soft (Xenoblade), DK Bananza recently has full VA, it's just one character that actually speaks known languages (Pauline). Metroid also has had full voice acting for a few games like Prime 3, Other M, Dread, and most likely Prime 4. --- Game collection: http://www.backloggery.com/bakonbitz Gaming channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwVQm69J7bGScbv3_50C0dA ... Moaning voice overs? What are we even talking about in here, the great fairies? The ones that have always made living rooms awkward in the 3D games besides Wind Waker? Regardless, the big issue with the voice acting is really the terrible lip syncing. Daruk's voice is entirely disconnected from his mouth in most scenes. Nintendo also insists on Zelda's voice actress sounding like that (by her own admission), so Nintendo has some issues with directing, too. doshindude posted... I wish the Nintendo Defense Force could see how insane they sound when theyre defending the lack of voice acting in 2025. This isnt a problem for anyone else. Only Nintendo. And you cant even use the excuse that theyre a Japanese company. This hasnt been a problem for Capcom, Namco, Konami for 20+ years. Evolician posted... I wish the Nintendo Defense Force could see how insane they sound when theyre defending the lack of voice acting in 2025.Yeah......really feels pointless trying to have a actual discussion about how much good voice acting can only enhance a game via breathing new life into a game's characters/world and whatnot. I get the feeling that many people around here is taking wanting voices for all characters as some sort of insult towards nintendo and the way they do things thus getting a little defensive about it. Meanwhile I'm looking at clips of final fantasy tactics' re-release and am genuinely impressed with just how much quality voice acting is nothing but benefits for it's characters (seriously that snotty and hateful argarth and smug dycedarg is something else), this setting and what was originally a silent game. As someone that was going to skip FF tactics for now I am seriously considering going ahead and buying it because of how good a job they did with the voice acting. --- GTag:MadDogg730 PSN:lMadDogg NNID:xMadDoggx NS friend code:5313-0564-0819 Go buy cyber shadow like right now. ... I'm getting mixed messages on what "full voice acting" means here. Because when I think "full" voice acting, I think of, like, Bethesda games having every single character be voiced. To me it seems the majority of Nintendo 1st party games, if they do have VA, its exclusive to important cut-scenes or might just be the first bit of dialogue in a scene or character introduction.
