It's not especially well known how the US entered WWII in Europe.

The reason is that Hitler (stupidly) declared war on the US after the US declared war on Japan. Without that declaration of war, Roosevelt would have had a hard time dealing with the coalition of US Nazis, isolationists and "let's deal first and exclusively with Japan" types that would have opposed US engaging vs. Nazi Germany.
It's really a myth that the US public wanted to stay out of the war by the time of Japan's attack. A poll taken in November 1941 showed that 68% believed it was more important to defeat Germany than to stay out of the war, and in the immediate aftermath of the attack and Germany's declaration of war, 91% believed that Roosevelt should have beaten Germany to the punch and declared war on them first.

So no, even if Japan had never attacked Pearl Harbor, it still would have attacked the Philippines because that was a critical part of its war plan. And even if Germany hadn't declared war on the US, it was all but inevitable that the US would have declared war on Germany instead. The US was joining the war pretty much no matter what.

It's not even an organization. It's not like the Black Panthers where Huey P Newton was leading them, it's a political movement. It has the same structure as Occupy Wallstreet did.

There is no way there isn't existing information by more competent FBI that did COINTELPRO on Antifa to find out there is no organizational structure, there is no de-facto leader, there is no meeting place or membership or initiation or anything like that.

There ARE local chapters that formally call themselves "antifa" in their name, but this is not how most antifascists go about things and the word is far more of a self-proclamation.

Some battalions of the Kurds fighting ISIS took pictures of themselves holding antifa-labeled flags merely because ISIS are fascists and it's a simple conclusion to adopt that label in opposition.
