When its empty, its easier for people to get in. Once you already have 10 people in the car, cramming in another couple people is a lot harder than if the car was empty as for why it drains slower from 100% to 70%, I think thats intentional by the OS designers. I'm not sure why some of you are trying so hard to give props to law enforcement here, they aren't who caught him. Like super fair to give props to say the secret service when they stopped and caught the guy who attempted to kill Trump the 2nd time. Props to them when they actually track down people and find them.
