Lasting at around 12 years, Imgur was the longest running image hosting site that was still good and not shit, emerging after the photobuckets and imageshacks of the 'net had long since become completely unbearable. It was the most versatile site of them and lasted longer than any of the original image hosting founders. Losing it has truly sucked.
