I enjoyed it. It gets very tense in moments. Wasn't a particularly deep movie but enjoyable enough. I guess the most impactful moment is the kid dying.

Didn't know Krasinski bites it this early.

Enjoyed it but did end at a lame cliffhanger, which I'm assuming got dealt with offscreen. Ready to watch part 2 now

Maybe id give it a 7/10 or an 8

I thought he died toward the end of the movie, or do you mean in the series? I did enjoy A Quiet Place, but haven't felt compelled to continue the series. I love Lupita Nyong'o and Joseph Quinn, so I really should watch that one, at least.

It was fine. My biggest issue is the series' gimmick kind of falls apart if you spend more than five minutes thinking about it.

Day One was my favorite of the three, overall, but it's a very different kind of movie.

I liked it, for what it was.

I really dug the waterfall scene.

Yeah, they do a really bad job keeping the noise rules consistent and then figuring out that you can actually just shoot them in the face really makes you wonder how they destroyed the world.

Part 1 was okay for what it is. Part 2 was stupid IMO. They making a part 3 so I guess it has enough people who likes it.

Yeah I'm the series. I thought he was in part 2 which I'm going to watch soon

Yeah with the way bullets killed, I was surprised this wasn't done before.

I will say the aliens don't look that cool. Look like a bad demogorgon from stranger things. They are no xenomorph for sure

I started part 2. It started off amazing, I'm not far in but th showing the events of the first day were really cool, last of us intro feel

Good point. Its a huge risk to everyone. Baby's cry. Also just the fact it's yet another life you have to worry about

However it kinda fits with the character's track record. In the first movie they were absolutely at fault for getting their youngest kid killed. They stupidly let him walk in the back and totally ignored him.

I liked the one with Cilian murphy
